About Me.
Jessica is a passionate and friendly Accredited Exercise Physiologist. She completed her Masters of Exercise Physiology in 2022. While completing her Masters degree she was working at the University of the Sunshine Coast for 3 years seeing various clients as an Exercise Scientist. Jessica was inspired to become an Exercise Physiologist through working with the senior Exercise Physiologist at the gym and managing client's treatment plans together. Throughout all studies, Jessica has also been a swim teacher, teaching young babies through to adolescents.

Jess is deeply passionate about paediatric care, dedicating her ongoing professional development to neurological conditions. She has completed TASES Level 1 & 2 (with Mirav Newman) and TheraTogs Level 1 fitting. Jess enjoys incorporating the CO-OP approach into her sessions—an evidence-based framework you can learn more about on our [Resources Page]. A strong believer in team-based care, she thrives on collaborating with parents and joint-consulting with physiotherapists to ensure the best outcomes for every child.

In Jess' free time she enjoys all outdoor activities such as kayaking, water-polo, hiking, running and the gym. Jess is a foodie and enjoys trying new Cafe's and Restaurants, so always let her know your recommendations! Jess also owns a mini Labradoodle, Ollie, who is not yet trained as a therapy dog, but is super friendly and loves chasing and retrieving balls. If it's allowed, sometimes she will bring him to sessions.
